Root canal therapy

Root canal therapy is indicated when the pulpal tissue of a tooth begins to or has died off. A non vital (“dead”) tooth eventually leads to a dental abscess and often results in the dreaded toothache. Root canals are often touted as very painful and dreadful procedures, however, in most cases people are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the procedure can be.
